Full refund (minus 10€ management fee) will be given if cancellation is made with at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, refund cannot be provided.
If weather conditions prevent the activity taking place (the skipper could take that decision up to 1 hour before departure time), the customer will be offered an alternative date or full refund of the amount paid.
